INTERIOR DESIGN OF URLA VILLAS
Located in Urla, İzmir, Long Life Villas is a boutique residential development comprising four independent villas arranged as two semi-detached pairs. The architectural design, interior design and construction process were all carried out by MG Architecture & Interiors, allowing the project to be developed as one continuous design process from concept through completion. The interiors were designed as a natural extension of the villas’ restrained, monolithic architecture. Open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas connect directly to the gardens through large glazed openings, creating a strong relationship between the interior spaces, natural light and the private pools. A material palette of natural tones, timber surfaces, stone textures and simple detailing creates continuity across the different living areas. Built-in furniture, lighting, material junctions and custom-made elements were developed together with the architecture rather than treated as separate interior additions. By managing both the design and implementation stages, MG Architecture & Interiors was able to maintain the original design intent throughout the project, from the first architectural decisions to the completed interiors. Project Type: Private Residence / Villa Development Location: Urla, İzmir, Türkiye Capacity: 4 Villas Scope: Architectural Design + Interior Design + Construction + Site Coordination Status: Completed
