Located in Strasshof, near Vienna, Austria, this approximately 3,000 m² residential project was developed with detailed design and technical coordination by MG Architecture & Interiors. The scope focused on translating the architectural concept into a coordinated set of construction-ready solutions through building details, façade development and interdisciplinary project coordination. Natural stone-textured façades, large glazed openings and recessed terraces define the contemporary character of the development. Balconies, planted terraces, outdoor seating areas and landscaped spaces strengthen the relationship between the interiors and the surrounding environment. During the detailed design phase, material junctions, façade details and coordination between different technical disciplines were developed to ensure that the architectural intent could be carried through accurately into construction.
