Located in Seferihisar, Izmir, Yıldırım Residences was designed as a low-rise residential development shaped around generous shared outdoor spaces and a strong relationship with the landscape. The site planning prioritizes pedestrian movement, continuity of communal areas and the connection between the residential blocks and their surroundings. The housing blocks are arranged around large landscaped courtyards. By separating vehicle circulation from the main living areas as much as possible, pedestrian paths, outdoor seating areas and shared green spaces become an active part of everyday life within the development. Façade openings, shading strategies and climate-responsive material choices were considered together to support natural ventilation and comfortable outdoor use. Natural materials and a restrained architectural language help the project establish a calm and coherent relationship with the environmental character of Seferihisar. The project was developed as a landscape-oriented, low-rise residential model that balances private living with shared outdoor spaces.
