At Pendik Yüzyıl Hospital in Istanbul, several areas including the medical aesthetics, ophthalmology and dental outpatient clinics, café and shared spaces were renovated in phases to respond to the hospital’s changing operational needs. While each department was designed around its own functional requirements, patient circulation, wayfinding and user comfort were addressed through a consistent overall design language. Alongside the interior renovations, the hospital entrance and façade were also redesigned. This created a stronger connection between the institution’s external identity and the spatial character experienced inside the building. MG Architecture & Interiors was responsible for the architectural and interior design, material selections, custom-made elements, implementation and site coordination. The project was developed as a comprehensive renovation of an existing healthcare facility, renewing individual departments while maintaining a coherent identity across the hospital. Project Type: Hospital Renovation Location: Pendik, Istanbul, Türkiye Project Area: 1,000 m² Scope: Architecture + Façade Design + Interior Design + Implementation + Site Coordination Status: Completed
