Developed across different sites and urban contexts, these urban transformation projects approach renewal not simply as the replacement of existing buildings, but as an opportunity to reconsider residential life, shared open spaces and the relationship between buildings and their surroundings. For each project, building massing, façades, landscape and communal areas were developed in response to the specific conditions of the site. Daylight, privacy, access to open spaces and pedestrian movement formed the basis of the design approach, resulting in residential environments adapted to different scales, densities and urban conditions.
