The project was designed as a mixed-use urban complex bringing together different programs within a single development. More private functions are concentrated within the high-rise volume, while the transparent podium at ground level accommodates commercial units, shared facilities and social spaces that connect directly with the surrounding urban environment. The contrast between the tower and the lower horizontal volumes helps break down the overall scale of the development and creates a more balanced skyline. Large glazed surfaces, terraces and landscaped outdoor areas strengthen the relationship between interior and exterior spaces while maintaining visual continuity between the different functions. At ground level, the public plaza and pedestrian areas form an important part of the project’s relationship with its surroundings. Rather than operating as a closed complex, the development is conceived as a more permeable part of the city, bringing together commerce, social activity and open space.
