FOÇA KOZBEYLİ VILLA INTERIOR DESIGN

Located on a sloping site in Kozbeyli, Foça, the villa’s architectural and interior design was developed by MG Architecture & Interiors as a single, integrated project. The interior layout was shaped around the relationship between the different levels of the house, the surrounding landscape and the sea view. Large glazed openings and terraces allow the forest and coastal scenery to remain present throughout the main living spaces. On the primary living level, the living room, kitchen and dining area are organized within an open and fluid plan. Natural stone, timber and a neutral material palette create continuity between the interior and exterior spaces. In the private areas, including the principal suite and bedrooms, privacy is balanced with natural light and direct visual connections to the landscape. A second living area, library and study, indoor swimming pool and cinema room are distributed across the different levels of the villa according to their individual functions. Material, lighting and built-in furniture decisions were developed through a consistent design language, maintaining continuity between the architecture and the interiors. Project Type: Private Residence / Villa Location: Kozbeyli, Foça, İzmir, Türkiye Scope: Architectural Design + Interior Design
