Our company has undertaken the architectural design, interior design, and construction process for this boutique site project, consisting of four villas in two twin configurations. It boasts a unique living concept that combines luxury and functionality. The facade of the project features single-color ceramic cladding to create a monolithic mass, resulting in a sculptural mass that appears to be carved from a single material. The minimalist architectural approach offers a simple yet striking aesthetic, while the luxurious interior design combines comfort and functionality. Each villa provides spacious and open spaces with maximum natural light thanks to large glass surfaces and intelligent architectural solutions. Long, narrow pools are integrated into the project, serving both as an aesthetic element complementing the living spaces and as a functional detail minimizing space loss. Each villa has a separate entrance from the main road, offering both private villa living and secure site living. The villas are independently planned to provide maximum privacy while also offering the advantages of a shared site. Thus, the comfort of an individual villa is combined with the security and social benefits of site living in a single project. Each villa offers a completely independent living space with its own private front, side and back garden, pool and parking area. It also provides access to maintenance, security and shared infrastructure services thanks to its boutique site concept.
