BAYRAKLI HOUSING
Designed by MG Architecture, Bayraklı Residences approaches urban transformation not merely as a physical renewal, but as a design process that enhances social and spatial quality. The project is structured as a modern complex consisting of two separate masses, and its horizontally designed, wide-opening facade design maximizes natural light into the interiors. Controlled voids between the masses, supported by green spaces, offer residents a breathable living environment. The extensive green areas and controlled transitions between the building masses create a layout that supports social life. Landscaped areas and walkways at ground level provide users with a dynamic and livable environment, while the modern facade design and functional spatial organization make Bayraklı Residences a strong and sustainable example among urban transformation projects.
