Designed by MG Architecture, the Atahan Student Dormitory stands out with its dynamic mass that harmonizes with the urban fabric. The building recedes above the ground-floor commercial shops, creating spacious terraces. These terraces serve as open social spaces for residents, offering a design solution that enhances natural light and ventilation. The stepped form of the building integrates both commercial and residential functions in a balanced way, providing a spacious and contemporary living experience. The large social area located on the rooftop offers residents the opportunity to relax and socialize while enjoying the city view. This open space, supported by green areas, creates an environment where students can gather, relax, and enhance social interaction. Combining modern urban aesthetics with functionality, our dormitory project rises as a new generation living space in Bornova.
