KEMALPAŞA ÖRNEKVADİ VILLAS

This residential development, comprising 55 independent villas, was shaped around the site’s natural topography and lake views. The main idea behind the masterplan was to distribute the view as evenly as possible across the development. To achieve this, the rows of villas were oriented along view corridors inspired by the streets of Aegean coastal settlements that open toward the sea, allowing the homes to connect with the landscape and lake without significantly blocking one another. Views, privacy, daylight and access to open space were considered together in the site planning. The villas step with the natural slope of the land, giving each home a stronger relationship with its private garden. Large glazed openings, balconies and terraces further strengthen the connection between the interiors, the landscape and the lake. Landscape design was treated as one of the main organizing elements of the development rather than as residual space between buildings. Private gardens, pedestrian routes, shared outdoor areas, a swimming pool and dense planting create a continuous and calm residential environment. The project combines the privacy and independence of detached villa living with the shared landscape, security and communal advantages of a residential community. The masterplan, centered on the balanced distribution of views, creates a clear and coherent spatial structure across the large-scale 55-villa development. Project Type: Residential / Villa Development Capacity: 55 Villas Scope: Architectural Design Status: Completed
